Who we are

Kül is a hot sauce and chilli powder brand based in Cyprus, currently in prototype. For anything on this page, write to hello@kulheat.com.

Cookies

None, unless you choose otherwise. This site sets no cookies of its own, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner. If Google Analytics is ever switched on you will be asked first, in plain words, with a real choice — nothing is loaded and nothing is sent to Google unless you say yes, and refusing is remembered. You can change your mind at any time: ask me again.

The one thing we do store in your browser is which language you chose, English or Turkish, so the site remembers it next time. It never leaves your device and it says nothing about who you are. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It was chosen specifically because it does not use cookies, does not store anything in your browser, and does not fingerprint or follow you between websites.

It reports aggregate figures only: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world visitors came from, which site referred them, and how quickly pages loaded. We cannot identify you from any of it, and we could not single out your visit even if we wanted to.

Other third parties

None for reading. Fonts and every other asset are served from our own server rather than from Google or any CDN, so apart from the analytics count above, reading this site does not report your visit to anyone. The only company that ever receives something you typed is Netlify, and only if you use the signup form — see below.

Server logs

Our host, Netlify, records standard web server logs — including IP addresses and browser user agents — because that is how a request gets served and how abuse is prevented. We do not use these logs to build any profile of you.

If you contact us or join the launch list

We keep your email address and use it for one thing: telling you when the first batch is genuinely ready. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Addresses given to the signup form are stored by Netlify, the same company that hosts this site, on servers in the United States. They act only as our processor: they hold the list on our behalf and do nothing else with it. Nothing is passed to a mailing or advertising service. If that changes, this page changes with it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it. Email us and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to the Cyprus data protection authority.

Changes

If we start using an email service, analytics, or a shop, this page will be updated to say so before that change goes live.

Biz kimiz

Çerezler

Siz aksini seçmedikçe yok. Bu site kendi çerezlerini kullanmıyor; size çerez bildirimi gösterilmemesinin sebebi de bu. Google Analytics ileride açılırsa önce size açıkça sorulacak ve gerçek bir seçim sunulacak — siz onay vermeden hiçbir şey yüklenmez ve Google'a hiçbir veri gönderilmez; reddederseniz bu tercih hatırlanır. Fikrinizi istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz: tekrar sor.

Tarayıcınızda sakladığımız tek şey, İngilizce mi Türkçe mi seçtiğiniz — böylece site bir dahaki sefere hatırlıyor. Bu bilgi cihazınızdan hiç çıkmıyor ve kim olduğunuza dair hiçbir şey söylemiyor. Tarayıcı verilerinizi temizlemek onu siler.

Analitik

Ziyaretleri saymak için Cloudflare Web Analytics kullanıyoruz. Özellikle bunu seçtik; çünkü çerez kullanmıyor, tarayıcınızda hiçbir şey saklamıyor ve sizi parmak izinizle tanımlayıp siteler arasında takip etmiyor.

Yalnızca toplu veriler bildiriliyor: hangi sayfaların görüntülendiği, ziyaretçilerin kabaca dünyanın hangi bölgesinden geldiği, hangi sitenin yönlendirdiği ve sayfaların ne kadar hızlı yüklendiği. Bunların hiçbirinden kimliğinizi tespit edemeyiz; istesek bile ziyaretinizi tek tek ayırt edemeyiz.

Diğer üçüncü taraflar

Okumak için yok. Yazı tipleri ve diğer tüm dosyalar Google ya da herhangi bir CDN yerine kendi sunucumuzdan sunuluyor; dolayısıyla yukarıdaki ziyaret sayımı dışında bu siteyi okumanız ziyaretinizi kimseye bildirmiyor. Yazdığınız bir şeyi alan tek şirket Netlify'dır ve bu yalnızca kayıt formunu kullanırsanız geçerlidir — aşağıya bakın.

Sunucu kayıtları

Barındırma sağlayıcımız Netlify, standart web sunucusu kayıtlarını — IP adresleri ve tarayıcı bilgileri dahil — tutar; çünkü bir isteğin karşılanması ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi böyle çalışır. Bu kayıtları sizin hakkınızda profil oluşturmak için kullanmıyoruz.

Bize yazarsanız ya da lansman listesine katılırsanız

E-posta adresinizi saklarız ve tek bir şey için kullanırız: ilk parti gerçekten hazır olduğunda size haber vermek. Adresinizi satmayız, kiralamayız ve pazarlama için kimseyle paylaşmayız. Silmemizi isterseniz sileriz.

Kayıt formuna verilen adresler, bu siteyi de barındıran Netlify tarafından Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'ndeki sunucularda saklanır. Netlify yalnızca bizim veri işleyicimizdir: listeyi bizim adımıza tutar, başka hiçbir şey yapmaz. Hiçbir bilgi bir e-posta bülteni ya da reklam hizmetine aktarılmaz. Bu değişirse bu sayfa da değişir.

Haklarınız

GDPR kapsamında hakkınızda ne tuttuğumuzu sorabilir, düzeltilmesini ve silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz. Bize yazın, gereğini yapalım. Ayrıca Kıbrıs veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkınız vardır.

Değişiklikler

Bir e-posta servisi, analitik ya da mağaza kullanmaya başlarsak, bu değişiklik yayına girmeden önce bu sayfa güncellenecektir.
