Who we are
Kül is a hot sauce and chilli powder brand based in Cyprus, currently in prototype. For anything on this page, write to hello@kulheat.com.
Cookies
None. This site sets no cookies at all, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner.
The one thing we do store in your browser is which language you chose, English or Turkish, so the site remembers it next time. It never leaves your device and it says nothing about who you are. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It was chosen specifically because it does not use cookies, does not store anything in your browser, and does not fingerprint or follow you between websites.
It reports aggregate figures only: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world visitors came from, which site referred them, and how quickly pages loaded. We cannot identify you from any of it, and we could not single out your visit even if we wanted to.
Other third parties
None. Fonts and every other asset are served from our own server rather than from Google or any CDN, so apart from the analytics count above, reading this site does not report your visit to anyone.
Server logs
Our host, Netlify, records standard web server logs — including IP addresses and browser user agents — because that is how a request gets served and how abuse is prevented. We do not use these logs to build any profile of you.
If you contact us or join the launch list
We keep your email address and use it for one thing: telling you when the first batch is genuinely ready. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it. Email us and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to the Cyprus data protection authority.
Changes
If we start using an email service, analytics, or a shop, this page will be updated to say so before that change goes live.

Yok. Bu site hiç çerez kullanmıyor; size çerez bildirimi gösterilmemesinin sebebi de bu.
Tarayıcınızda sakladığımız tek şey, İngilizce mi Türkçe mi seçtiğiniz — böylece site bir dahaki sefere hatırlıyor. Bu bilgi cihazınızdan hiç çıkmıyor ve kim olduğunuza dair hiçbir şey söylemiyor. Tarayıcı verilerinizi temizlemek onu siler.
Analitik
Ziyaretleri saymak için Cloudflare Web Analytics kullanıyoruz. Özellikle bunu seçtik; çünkü çerez kullanmıyor, tarayıcınızda hiçbir şey saklamıyor ve sizi parmak izinizle tanımlayıp siteler arasında takip etmiyor.
Yalnızca toplu veriler bildiriliyor: hangi sayfaların görüntülendiği, ziyaretçilerin kabaca dünyanın hangi bölgesinden geldiği, hangi sitenin yönlendirdiği ve sayfaların ne kadar hızlı yüklendiği. Bunların hiçbirinden kimliğinizi tespit edemeyiz; istesek bile ziyaretinizi tek tek ayırt edemeyiz.
Diğer üçüncü taraflar
Yok. Yazı tipleri ve diğer tüm dosyalar Google ya da herhangi bir CDN yerine kendi sunucumuzdan sunuluyor; dolayısıyla yukarıdaki ziyaret sayımı dışında bu siteyi okumanız ziyaretinizi kimseye bildirmiyor.
Sunucu kayıtları
Barındırma sağlayıcımız Netlify, standart web sunucusu kayıtlarını — IP adresleri ve tarayıcı bilgileri dahil — tutar; çünkü bir isteğin karşılanması ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi böyle çalışır. Bu kayıtları sizin hakkınızda profil oluşturmak için kullanmıyoruz.
Bize yazarsanız ya da lansman listesine katılırsanız
E-posta adresinizi saklarız ve tek bir şey için kullanırız: ilk parti gerçekten hazır olduğunda size haber vermek. Adresinizi satmayız, kiralamayız ve pazarlama için kimseyle paylaşmayız. Silmemizi isterseniz sileriz.
